Fakat T\u00fcrk\u00e7emizdeki \u201c\u0130ti an, \u00e7oma\u011f\u0131 haz\u0131rla!\u201d ile hakikati ayn\u0131. \u201cSak\u0131n\u0131lan g\u00f6ze \u00e7\u00f6p batar.\u201d \u201cKorktu\u011fun ba\u015f\u0131na gelir.\u201d gibi onlarca s\u00f6z\u00fcyle atalar\u0131m\u0131z, Robert\u2019in Pygmailon Etkisi dedi\u011fi \u015feyi \u00e7ok \u00f6nceden s\u00f6ylemi\u015fler, atas\u00f6z\u00fcne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015fler, vecizele\u015ftirmi\u015flerdir, bizzat hayata ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. &#8220;Self fulfilling prophecy&#8221; denen \u2018kendini do\u011frulayan kehanet\u2019 kuram\u0131, bir &#8220;pygmalion effect \/ etkisi&#8221; olarak isimlendirilir ve ismini eski bir mitolojik \u00f6yk\u00fcden al\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Mitolojiye g\u00f6re: \u201cBir heykelt\u0131ra\u015f olan K\u0131br\u0131s prensi Pygmalion, ideal kad\u0131n\u0131 temsil eden fildi\u015finden bir kad\u0131n heykeli yapar ve Galatea ad\u0131n\u0131 verir. Ven\u00fcs onun iste\u011fini kabul ederek Galatea&#8217;y\u0131 canland\u0131r\u0131r; Pygmalion\u2019\u0131n a\u015fk\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k veren Galatea birlikte mutlu bir a\u015fk ya\u015farlar.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c1911\u2019de iki Alman ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131n\u0131n bir at \u00fczerindeki deneyleriyle \u2018kendini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren kehanet\u2019 teorisi bilimsel platforma oturtulmu\u015ftur.\u201d Atlar bile kendilerinden beklenene olumlu tepki veriyorlarsa, herhalde insanlar\u0131n bilin\u00e7-alt\u0131lar\u0131 beklenti etkilerine daha ziyade a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. \u201cBir hastaya uzman\u0131ndan aile bireylerine kadar herkes &#8220;sen \u015fizofreniksin, iyile\u015femezsin&#8221; derse, o hasta hayat boyu \u015fizofren gibi davran\u0131r.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cBir \u00e7ocu\u011fa ba\u015farabilece\u011fine inand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 belli ederseniz ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olma ihtimali artar, yani (iyi niyetli \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcz) kehanet ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir.\u201d \u201c\u00d6\u011fretmenin beklentilerinin, \u00f6\u011frencinin performans\u0131 \u00fczerinde \u00f6nemli etkileri vard\u0131r.\u201d Onlarca toplu deneyler, milyonlarca tecr\u00fcbe \u015fahittir. \u201c\u00c7e\u015fitli ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda pygmalion etkisinin etki b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hesaplanm\u0131\u015f ve d=.81, d=1.13 gibi Cohen\u2019e g\u00f6re etki b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckleri elde edilmi\u015ftir.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cHissettirilen olumlu beklenti, \u00f6\u011frencilerin benlik kavramlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde etki eder ve motivasyonlar\u0131n\u0131, kavrama becerilerini y\u00fckseltir.\u201d Bedi\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n da dikkat \u00e7ekti\u011fi \u00fczere: Ki\u015finin iyisin iyisin denildik\u00e7e iyile\u015fmesi, k\u00f6t\u00fcs\u00fcn k\u00f6t\u00fcs\u00fcn denildik\u00e7e k\u00f6t\u00fcle\u015fmesi, delisin delisin denildik\u00e7e de delile\u015fmesi ola\u011fand\u0131r. K\u00f6t\u00fcleye k\u00f6t\u00fcleye daha da k\u00f6t\u00fcle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz insanlar\u0131n k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerinde pay\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n oldu\u011funu unutmayal\u0131m. Anne-baban\u0131n \u201cBenim o\u011flum b\u00fcy\u00fck adam olacak, in\u015fallah\u201d deyip ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ok\u015famas\u0131nda psikolojideki \u2018kendini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren kehanet\u2019 etkisinin \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck rol\u00fc vard\u0131r. \u2018Beklenti\u2019 her zaman k\u00f6t\u00fc bir \u015fey de\u011fildir. Bazen de s\u0131radan bir ki\u015fiyi s\u0131ra\u00fcst\u00fc birine y\u00fckselten en iyi bir hayat motivasyonu oluverir. Peygamberlerin veya evliyalar\u0131n ki\u015filere yapt\u0131klar\u0131 dualarda da benzer bir s\u0131r vard\u0131r. Peygamber veya evliya duas\u0131n\u0131 alan insan\u0131n beyni, kalbi ve ruhu, o duadaki manay\u0131 hayat\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131maya mayalan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Kendini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren kehanet\u2019 derken, bu ifadelerdeki \u2018kehanet\u2019 veya \u2018kendini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirme\u2019 gibi tabirlerin zahiri, birilerine din\u00ee a\u00e7\u0131dan sak\u0131ncal\u0131 g\u00f6z\u00fckebilir, fakat kastedilen esas mana bak\u0131m\u0131ndan sahihtir, makb\u00fcld\u00fcr. \u0130slam\u2019a g\u00f6re hi\u00e7bir\u015fey kendi kendini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiremez, (te\u015fekkele bi nefsihi) muhaldir, Allah yarat\u0131r; kehanet b\u00e2t\u0131ld\u0131r, kahinlik de haramd\u0131r. Ne var ki psikolojideki ve sosyolojideki &#8220;Self fulfilling prophecy&#8221; (kendini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren veya do\u011frulayan kehanet\u2019 ifadesi bir mecazd\u0131r. O \u2018kehanet\u2019 denen beklentiyi ger\u00e7ekletiren asl\u0131ndna gene insan\u0131n kendi iradesi, gayreti ve takdir-i ilah\u00eedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7evresindekilerin kendisini gizliden sevmedi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen birisi, bu sevilmeme psikozuyla \u00f6yle tepkisel sevimsiz s\u00f6z ve hareketlerde bulunur ki, ger\u00e7ekten sevimsizle\u015fir, sevilmez hale gelir, \u00e7irkinle\u015fir, hatta \u00e7irkefle\u015fir; ve sonunda k\u00f6t\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi tam ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f olur. E\u011fer ger\u00e7ekten sevilmiyor olsayd\u0131 bile, e\u011fer o iyi niyetli, g\u00fczel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceli olarak (h\u00fcsn\u00fczanla) s\u00fcrekli iyilik ve g\u00fczellik \u00fczre bulunsayd\u0131, b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ihtimalle sevimli h\u00e2le, sevilir h\u00e2le gelecekti.<\/p>\n<p>Evyallah, bazen de \u201cbeklenti etkisi\u201d ters teper ve olmayacak \u015feyi oldurur; yani ki\u015fiyi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feyle itham etmek, suizanna, ithama, isnada veya yalana olan tepkisellik ve inatla\u015fma hissiyle tam aksini v\u00fccuda getirir: \u201cBundan adam olmaz, bundan bir nane, bir cac\u0131k olmaz!\u201d gibi s\u00f6zler kimi insan f\u0131trat\u0131nda aks\u00fclamel yapar, onda aksi y\u00f6nde bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr ve zamanla kendini oldurur! Tersinden, mesela Necip Faz\u0131l K\u0131sak\u00fcrek\u2019in \u201cD\u00fc\u015fman\u0131m, sen benim h\u0131z\u0131ms\u0131n!\u201d ifadesi, d\u00fc\u015fmanca s\u00f6zlerin \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeyip aksine h\u0131za d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilece\u011fini belirtir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu hayatta k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u2018g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u2019 nicelerinin zamanla b\u00fcy\u00fcklere \u2018d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne\u2019 \u015fahit olmu\u015fuzdur. Demek ki k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck g\u00f6rmek, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcltm\u00fcyor, bazen de aksine b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fcyor. Evet\u2026 &#8220;Pygmalion Effect: Bu kavram profesyonel hayata aktar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, asl\u0131nda ki\u015finin beklentisini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren bu kehanetin i\u015fleyi\u015fi y\u00fcksek beklentilerin, y\u00fcksek performans; d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck beklentilerin de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck performansa neden oldu\u011fu bir d\u00f6ng\u00fc halinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir, b\u00e2zen s\u00e2lih bir d\u00e2ire, bazen de f\u00e2sit bir d\u00e2ire.<\/p>\n<p>Profesyonel hayatta kendini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren kehanet kavram\u0131, 3 temel ilke ile a\u00e7\u0131klanabilir: Y\u00f6neticiler, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar hakk\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli beklentiler olu\u015ftururlar. Hedef belirleme, planlama ve geribildirim sa\u011flama gibi s\u00fcre\u00e7ler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile bu beklentilerini \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara iletirler. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar da kendilerinden beklenenler do\u011frultusunda tepki verme ve davranma e\u011filimi g\u00f6sterirler.\u201d Demek ki \u2018beklenti etkisi\u2019 ger\u00e7e\u011fini bilmeden sosyal sorumluluk \u00fcstlenmenin sonucu, bol hatarl\u0131 ve zararl\u0131 olur; bir \u015feyi elde etmek i\u00e7in karar al\u0131rken, pek\u00e7ok \u015feyi kaybettirebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Vizyoner insanlar, konumlar\u0131na g\u00f6re a\u011f\u0131zlar\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kan bir s\u00f6z\u00fcn geni\u015f dairede nas\u0131l bir de\u011fi\u015fime olumlu veya olumsuz etki edece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrler. \u201cParadigmalar\u0131n bir zaman sonra de\u011fi\u015fmek zorunda kalaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcp harekete ge\u00e7en insanlara da \u2018vizyoner\u2019 diyorlar, yani ileriyi g\u00f6ren anlam\u0131nda.\u201d Maalesef, ileriyi g\u00f6rmek bir yana, y\u00fczlerce uyar\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n uyar\u0131na ra\u011fmen, g\u00f6z g\u00f6re g\u00f6re k\u00f6t\u00fc gidi\u015f\u00e2t\u0131 durdurmaktan ge\u00e7tim, aksine durdurmak isteyenleri durduran, pasifize eden, itibars\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131ran ve sanki iyi bir\u015feyler yap\u0131yormu\u015f gibi (Kehf, 18\/104) fitne ate\u015fine harala-g\u00fcrele odun ta\u015f\u0131yan liderperest mankurtlar\u0131n ve o odunlardan korkun\u00e7 bir fitne yang\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karan m\u00fcfsid-i fett\u00e2n\u0131n eliyle g\u00fczel \u00fclkemde korkun\u00e7 bir fitne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. \u00d6yle bir fitne ki, en az iki-\u00fc\u00e7 nesli, sel gibi al\u0131p g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Sadede gelecek olursak:<\/p>\n<p>Millet olarak birka\u00e7 y\u0131ld\u0131r iliklerimize kadar ya\u015famakta oldu\u011fumuz \u015fu deh\u015fetli g\u00fcncel fitnemizin (manev\u00ee kaos, hiss\u00ee karga\u015fa, fikr\u00ee anar\u015fi ve ruh\u00ee ter\u00f6r\u00fcn) ilk ve as\u0131l ate\u015fleyenleri, \u015ferli sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6remedikleri m\u00fcfrit veya m\u00fcteferrit s\u00f6zleri s\u00f6yleyen ve gayr-i insan\u00ee tahripk\u00e2r kararlar\u0131 alan vizyonsuz bir \u00e2idiyet\u00e7i zihniyettir, tek-adamc\u0131, tektip\u00e7i, bol suizanl\u0131, evhaml\u0131, ithaml\u0131 ve iftiral\u0131 kafa yap\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r, liderperest bir g\u00fcruhtur&#8230; Bak\u0131n\u0131z: \u201cEn sa\u011fdan ihanetin \u2018d\u00e2hi beyni\u2019nin hastal\u0131kl\u0131 vehimleri\u201d bahsi. Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, ya\u015famakta oldu\u011fumuz ve olaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z mahrumiyet, ma\u011fduriyet, ve mazlumiyetlerin ilk \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yerine iyi bak\u0131n, \u00f6nden bak\u0131n (teemm\u00fcl), arkadan bak\u0131n (tedebb\u00fcr), i\u00e7ten bak\u0131n (tefekk\u00fcr), sebepler zincirini takip edin, g\u00f6receksiniz ki, koca orman\u0131 yakan yang\u0131n bir kibrit \u00e7\u00f6p\u00fcn\u00fcn ate\u015flenmesiyle \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r! Milletin akl\u0131nda, kalbinde, ruhunda, inanc\u0131nda, din\u00ee duygu-d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerinde fitne ate\u015fleri yakanlara l\u00e2netler olsun! Nitekim oldu, oluyor ve olacak! Fesat durmadan fitne kesilmeyecek; fitne durulmadan da zul\u00fcmler durmayacak! \u201cFitne, \u00f6ld\u00fcrmekten daha k\u00f6t\u00fcd\u00fcr\u201d (2\/191), m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 birbirine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr; tefrika do\u011furur. Yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde fitne kalmay\u0131ncaya kadar sava\u015fma emrinin sebeb-i hikmeti budur! (bkz. Bakara, 2\/193).<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e2s\u0131l-\u0131 kelam, netice-i mer\u00e2m:<\/p>\n<p>Allah Teala bizi onlarca \u00e2yet-i kerimesiyle, y\u00fczlerce, binlerce h\u00e2diseyle s\u00fcrekli uyarm\u0131\u015ft\u0131: \u201c\u0130nkar edenler birbirlerinin dostlar\u0131d\u0131r. E\u011fer siz (m\u00fc\u2019minler de) aran\u0131zda (birbirine sahip\u00e7 \u00e7\u0131kan) dostlar olmazsan\u0131z, yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde fitne (karga\u015fal\u0131k) ve b\u00fcy\u00fck bir fesat (bozgun) \u00e7\u0131kar.\u201d (Enf\u00e2l, 8\/73) demi\u015fti ve fesat \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131! \u201c\u0130nsanlar\u0131n kendi ellerinin kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, karada ve denizde fesad ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.
