Nas\u0131l olsa bu d\u00fcnyaya hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015famaya gelmi\u015flerdir ve bu geli\u015fin bir daha tekrar\u0131 olmayacakt\u0131r. Her \u015fey onlar\u0131n bedenlerinin mutlulu\u011fu i\u00e7indir; d\u00fcnya onlar\u0131n bedenleri etraf\u0131nda d\u00f6ner. Oysaki modern, \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmi\u015f bireyler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilseler, LGBT gibi ak\u0131mlar\u0131n, be\u011fenmedikleri eski ve ilkel zamanlarda da bir\u00e7ok \u00f6rne\u011fi vard\u0131r. E\u011fer ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 \u201emodernlik\u201c ve \u201eyenilik\u201c ise, eski \u00e7a\u011flara bak\u0131nca bu \u201eyeni ve \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f\u201c tercihlere rastl\u0131yoruz. \u00d6rne\u011fin, Sodom ve Gomora ve Lut kavmi bu durumun \u00f6zetidir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu perspektiften bak\u0131nca, modernle\u015fme ve modern birey yans\u0131malar\u0131na dair; LGBT ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmi\u015f bir grup insan, modern ve sek\u00fcler bir ifadeyle, cinsel ya\u015fam \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck haklar\u0131n\u0131 elde etmek i\u00e7in \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve onur m\u00fccadelesi vermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu hak elde etme durumu, toplumun geleneksel do\u011frular\u0131yla \u00e7eli\u015fti\u011fi i\u00e7in toplumsal bir tepki meydana gelmi\u015ftir. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n inan\u00e7 hassasiyetleri ve dinin e\u015fcinsellik yorumu (bu durumun lanetlenmesi ve baz\u0131 kavimlerin bu sebepten helak edilmesi gibi laf\u0131zlar) insanlar\u0131 tedirgin eden bir durumdur. Bu anlamda e\u015fcinsellik konusu, Hz. Lut\u2019un peygamber k\u0131ssas\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Muhafazak\u00e2r d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne sahip baz\u0131 yetkili ki\u015filerin, Lut kavmi gibi e\u015fcinsel y\u00f6nelim tercihine tepki verip, din\u00ee vak\u0131f vasf\u0131yla kurulan evlerde y\u00fczlerce erkek \u00e7ocu\u011fa tecav\u00fcz ve taciz edilmesi (ki bu da e\u015fcinsel y\u00f6nelimin \u201epedofili\u201c h\u00e2lidir) kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, ayn\u0131 halk\u0131n ve yetkililerin bu \u00e7irkin fiile ciddi bir toplumsal tepki vermemesi ise d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Baz\u0131 siyasi parti ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlerin de insanlar\u0131n en temel haklar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fil de, e\u015fcinsel haklar\u0131n\u0131 fazla g\u00fcndem konusu yapmalar\u0131, bu durumun demokrasi ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckler anlam\u0131nda elzem ve gerekli oldu\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki abart\u0131l\u0131 tav\u0131rlar\u0131 ve toplumun en \u00f6nemli g\u00fcndemi bu imi\u015f gibi a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131 m\u00fcbala\u011fa gibi duruyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ve d\u00fcnyada duymaktan b\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z y\u00fczlerce erkek \u00e7ocuk, k\u0131z \u00e7ocuk, kad\u0131n ve hatta hayvan tacize, istismara, tecav\u00fcze maruz kal\u0131rken bu k\u00f6t\u00fc fiili yapanlara hukuki olarak hak ettikleri ceza veyahut yapt\u0131r\u0131m uygulanmazken, bu duruma halk\u0131n \u2014\u00fcstelik bu halk\u0131n modernlikte burnundan k\u0131l ald\u0131rmayan modern egemenler ve onlar\u0131n destek\u00e7ileri ile \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun muhafazak\u00e2r-\u0130slamc\u0131, \u201ea\u011fz\u0131 dual\u0131, aln\u0131 secdeli,\u201c k\u0131sa tabirle \u201edin\u00ee b\u00fct\u00fcn\u201c olduklar\u0131 halde\u2014 ciddi bir tepkisi yokken, bu \u00e7er\u00e7eveden bak\u0131nca \u015funu belirtmeden ge\u00e7mek istemiyorum: Bu kadar m\u0131 acil ve ihtiya\u00e7l\u0131 bir durum e\u015fcinsellere \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck gelmesi?<\/p>\n<p>E\u015fcinsellere \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hakk\u0131 verilince, toplumda, hukukta, siyasette me\u015frula\u015f\u0131nca, tecav\u00fcze u\u011frayan savunmas\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar \u00e7\u0131kacaklar m\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 travman\u0131n i\u00e7inden? Birka\u00e7 insan\u0131n cinsel tercihine yap\u0131lacak me\u015fru hareketler, g\u00fcne\u015fin farkl\u0131 do\u011fmas\u0131na neden olacak? Nedir bu vaveyla, bu ba\u011f\u0131r\u0131\u015f? \u0130nsanla hayvan\u0131 birbirinden ay\u0131ran \u00f6zellik olan ak\u0131l ve akl\u0131n sonucunda geli\u015ftirilen ahlak, vicdan bu kadar m\u0131 \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f?<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6zde onurlar\u0131 i\u00e7in y\u00fcr\u00fcyenlere \u015funu s\u00f6ylemek isterim: Bir k\u00f6\u015fede sakince \u00f6zel hayat\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 ya\u015famak varken, neden bunu toplumda \u00e7\u0131\u011fl\u0131k atarak g\u00fcndemi me\u015fgul ediyorsunuz? Tercihinizse, evet, tercih sizin; istedi\u011finiz gibi kendi s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131z i\u00e7inde \u00f6zg\u00fcrce t\u00fcketin hayat\u0131n\u0131z\u0131. Ama kimseye duyurmadan, rahats\u0131z etmeden ya\u015fay\u0131n tercihlerinizi. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n burnunun dibine ge\u00e7ip, ba\u011f\u0131r\u0131p toplumu provoke edip, \u201ehaklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ar\u0131yoruz\u201c demek hi\u00e7 de masum ve ahlakl\u0131 bir davran\u0131\u015f olarak durmuyor. Ve \u00fcstelik ilkeli insanlar me\u015fru evliliklerindeki \u00f6zel hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 konu\u015fmaktan imtina ederken, sizi b\u00f6yle y\u00fcz\u00fc k\u0131zarmaz h\u00e2le sokan nedir?<\/p>\n<p>Sorgulamadan \u00fczerine yumuldu\u011funuz bu durumun sebebi, modernlik ve s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z oldu\u011funu zannetti\u011finiz \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 m\u0131?<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle \u015fu ger\u00e7e\u011fi bilmek laz\u0131m: Ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc k\u0131s\u0131tlayan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck de\u011fildir. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck nedir? Kimseyi rahats\u0131z etmeden ya\u015fayabilmektir. Din\u00ee literat\u00fcrdeki ismi g\u00fcnah olan eylemi toplumla payla\u015f\u0131p ortak aramamakt\u0131r. \u0130\u015fledi\u011fi g\u00fcnah\u0131 me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in ilkel benli\u011fini kullan\u0131p ajitasyon (k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rtma) yapmamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00fclasa: Ger\u00e7ek \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen ak\u0131lc\u0131 bireylerin i\u015fidir. S\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck olunca toplumda d\u00fczensizlik ba\u015f g\u00f6sterir ve insan denen varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ruhunda tatmin olmaz yaralar a\u00e7ar ve bu tatminsizli\u011fin sonu genelde u\u00e7urumdur. Buna \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck denmez, karga\u015fa denir, kaos denir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcstelik cinsel ya\u015fam tercihinde s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, di\u011fer cinsel durumlara da kap\u0131 aralam\u0131\u015f olmaz m\u0131?
