Yine \u00fc\u00e7 semavi dinin, Yahudilik, Hristiyanl\u0131k son olarak da \u0130slamiyet in \u00e7e\u015fitli mucizelerle kendini olu\u015fturdu\u011fu,\u00a0Allah&#8217;\u0131n\u00a0ilahi mesaj\u0131yla m\u00fcdahale etti\u011fi t\u00fcm d\u00fcnya toplumlar\u0131na evrensel \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131larda bulunan dinlerin v\u00fccut buldu\u011fu, bir\u00e7ok farkl\u0131 milletin bu topraklar \u00fczerinde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131, kendi varolu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 sergiledi\u011fi kadim bir co\u011frafya Ortado\u011fu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">Ortado\u011fu denince Hz. Musa\u2019n\u0131n Hz. \u0130sa\u2019n\u0131n Hz. Muhammed\u2019in ve ad\u0131n\u0131 saymad\u0131\u011f\u0131m di\u011fer peygamberlerin do\u011fu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fcjdelendi\u011fi ve onlar\u0131n do\u011fu\u015flar\u0131yla birlikte bu topraklar \u00fczeride yeni bir medeniyet tasavvurunun olu\u015ftu\u011funu g\u00f6rmekteyiz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">Her bir inan\u00e7, k\u00fclt\u00fcr kendi getirdi\u011fi ya da var etti\u011fi \u00f6\u011fretileri ya\u015fam \u015fekline uyarlayarak ilerledi\u011fi zaman ve uzamda bir\u00e7ok katk\u0131 sa\u011flay\u0131p yeni k\u00fclt\u00fcrel olu\u015fumlar gelenek ve g\u00f6renekler \u00fcreterek varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 devam ettirmi\u015flerdir. Bu g\u00f6\u00e7ler yeni yerlerde medeniyetlerin kurulmas\u0131na zemin olu\u015fturmu\u015f yeni k\u00fclt\u00fcrler farkl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin do\u011fmas\u0131na k\u00fclt\u00fcrel etkile\u015fimlere ortam haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">Olu\u015fan yeni toplumlar da yeti\u015fen filozoflar kendi ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 toplumun gelenek, g\u00f6renek, inan\u00e7, k\u00fclt\u00fcr vb durumlar\u0131ndan etkilenerek \u00fctopyalar kurmu\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">Bu anlamda H\u0131ristiyanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n yo\u011fun ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 Avrupa toplumlar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman Tommaso Campanella\u2019n\u0131n &#8220;g\u00fcne\u015f \u00fclkesi\u2019\u2019 ad\u0131yla yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fctopyas\u0131, Platon&#8217;un &#8220;Devlet&#8221; adl\u0131 eseri ve di\u011fer \u00fctopya kitaplar\u0131nda de ideal devletin ve toplumun nas\u0131l olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtilmektedirler.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">Platon\u2019un a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fctopik devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131, gelecekte hem do\u011fu hem de bat\u0131 felsefelerinde temsilciler bulmu\u015ftur. Do\u011fu felsefesinde b\u00f6yle hayal\u00ee bir devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 Farabi\u2019de g\u00f6rmekteyiz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">Farabi erdemli toplum ile ilgili el-medinet\u00fc-l faz\u0131la kitab\u0131n\u0131 yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu kitapta erdemli bir toplumun \u00f6zelliklerini ve y\u00f6neticilerin \u00f6zelliklerini anlatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Adaleti sa\u011flayacak kanunlar\u0131n ve y\u00f6neticilerin olmas\u0131n\u0131 istemi\u015ftir. Adaleti engelleyenlere ceza vermek toplumun erdemli olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bir gerekliliktir demi\u015ftir. Erdemli bir toplumu erdemli y\u00f6neticilerin y\u00f6netmesini istemi\u015ftir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc erdemli bir toplum erdemli y\u00f6netici ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Y\u00f6neticilerin filozof veya peygamberlerin \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131malar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">Erdemli \u015fehrin y\u00f6neticisinin amac\u0131; kendisine ve halk\u0131na ger\u00e7ek mutlulu\u011fu vermektir. Zenginlik ve zorbal\u0131kla y\u00f6netmek, erdemli y\u00f6netimin \u00f6zelliklerinden de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">Yukar\u0131daki tan\u0131mlardan da anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 gibi \u00fctopya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel ve tutarl\u0131 bir toplum tasar\u0131s\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmektedir var olmayan \u00fclke belli olmayan yer anlam\u0131n dad\u0131r. Zihinde tasarlanm\u0131\u015f bir tak\u0131m ilkelere g\u00f6re olu\u015fturulmu\u015f hayali toplumu ifade eden bir kavramd\u0131r. Olmayacak la ilgili de\u011fil, olabilecek le ilgili fikir jimnasti\u011fidir. Her \u00fctopya, kendi \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n toplumsal ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n bir ele\u015ftirisi niteli\u011fini bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131r. Dinsel bir inan\u00e7la, ya\u015fanan k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerden bahseder, k\u0131saca \u00fctopyalar, ideal bir toplum ve devlet tasar\u0131mlar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">Bu anlamda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z co\u011frafyay\u0131 da i\u00e7ine alan Ortado\u011fu dini, mezhepsel, etnik \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n yo\u011fun ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde diyalog ve ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 adeta ak\u0131l tutulmas\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu bir toplum g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc vermektedir. Bu durumu \u00f6rneklersek T\u00fcrkiye ye bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda cumhuriyetin kurulmas\u0131yla ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olan ve halen devam eden etnik \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar yine Filistin, \u0131rak,\u00a0 Suriye, \u0130ran, m\u0131s\u0131r, Afganistan Libya, yemen ve ad\u0131n\u0131 sayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m di\u011fer \u00fclkeler bu ve benzeri sorunlarla i\u00e7 i\u00e7e kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 Sanki kurtulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k\u00e7a batmaktad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">Bu ve benzeri sorunlardan yola \u00e7\u0131karak bir Ortado\u011fu tasarlamak isterdim; \u00a0tel \u00f6rg\u00fcyle \u00e7evrilmi\u015f hi\u00e7bir s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, b\u00fct\u00fcn Ortado\u011fu milletlerinin daha geli\u015fmi\u015f ve temel toplumsal ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlam\u0131\u015f, varolu\u015funu h\u00fcmanizm ve geli\u015fmi\u015flik \u00fczerine harmanlayan Avrupa milletleri gibi, birlik kurdu\u011fu e\u011fitimde fende teknolojide \u015fehir planlamas\u0131nda her t\u00fcrl\u00fc d\u00fczenin sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir Ortado\u011fu hayal ediyorum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">Bu benim \u00fctopyam tarihi yap\u0131lar\u0131n ve ya\u015fan\u0131lan evlerin ge\u00e7mi\u015fin iz d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerini yans\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Ortado\u011fu milletlerinin kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini, inan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131, dillerini, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini yery\u00fcz\u00fc \u00fczerinde \u00f6zg\u00fcrce ifade edip somutla\u015ft\u0131rma imkan\u0131 bulduklar\u0131 bir co\u011frafya hayal ediyorum.
